I am driven to lead the digital transformation and provide my community with the education, resources, and services they need to overhaul "business as usual".
Currently, I am the Director of Digital Solutions and Global Client Experience at Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts.
I have worked in the IT industry for almost 6 years. I started my career as a student employee at my university's help desk. From there I started a full time night position and finished my degree during the days. After some time, hard work, and great leadership, I worked my way up the chain managing part of the help desk and then starting my own department focused on leading the digital transformation.
